How to Cancel Your Server

  1. Go to Orders in your dashboard
  2. Click on the server you want to cancel
  3. Click Request Cancellation
  4. Choose:
    • End of billing period — Server remains active until your current cycle ends
    • Immediately — Server is cancelled and deleted right away

What Happens After Cancellation

  • All server files are permanently deleted
  • This action cannot be undone
  • If you chose "end of billing period", you can retract the cancellation before the date arrives

Refund Policy

  • We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
  • To request a refund, open a Billing support ticket
  • Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered or after the first 7 days
  • Add-on purchases and partial month charges are non-refundable
